My Account
The My Account page shows the account details and preferences of the signed-in user. Open it by selecting Account in the user menu in the upper right of the main screen (see User menu). Every user can open their own page; no separate role is needed.
Apart from WhatsApp consent, the page is for information only. The details and preferences cannot be changed on this page; the administrator changes them on the User and Group Management page.

The top of the page shows the user's first and last name, an icon made of the initials of the first and last name, and the department below it. If no first and last name are defined, the user name is shown.

WhatsApp consent
If the installed license includes the WhatsApp right, the page has a WhatsApp alarm notifications section. Sending alarm notifications via WhatsApp requires the user's consent; consent is given and withdrawn in this section (see WhatsApp Settings).
The section shows the consent text, the masked phone number, the consent and withdrawal dates if any, and the consent status (No consent, Active, Consent needed again or Withdrawn).
To give consent:
- Read the consent text. It explains what information the messages contain and that the messages are delivered through the Meta (WhatsApp) infrastructure and may be processed abroad.
- Select the I have read and accept the text above. check box.
- Click Give consent. The message WhatsApp consent was recorded. appears and the status becomes Active.
To withdraw consent, click Withdraw consent. The withdrawal takes effect immediately.
- Consent is given for the mobile phone number stored in the account. If the account has no valid mobile phone number, the warning No valid mobile phone number is stored for this user. appears and consent cannot be given; ask the administrator to correct the phone number.
- If the phone number changes, the consent becomes invalid and the status is shown as Consent needed again. To keep receiving WhatsApp messages, give consent again.
- The administrator can also record or withdraw consent; see User and Group Management.
Changing your own password
The My Account page has no password change section. Users change their own password on the Change your password screen. This screen opens automatically after sign-in when the account's password was set or reset by an administrator (see Changing the Password at First Sign-In).
On the screen, enter the Old Password, the New password and the Password Confirm, and click Change. The new password:
- must be different from the user name and the current password,
- must be at least 10 characters long (12 for SystemAdmin accounts).
When the password is changed, the message Your password has been changed. appears and the application opens with the home page.
To change the password at another time:
- A user who knows their password asks the administrator to reset it. The administrator gives a temporary password with the Changing a User's Password steps; the user sets their own password at the next sign-in.
- A user who has forgotten their password uses the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen, if a registered email address and SMTP settings exist (see Interface Tour).
